Who we are
Quit90 is an app that helps people aged 13 and older quit porn. It's not medical advice or therapy. The contact details are at the bottom of this page.
On your phone
Your streak, reasons, journal and check-ins are saved on your phone, encrypted with a key kept in your phone's secure keychain. Check-in reminders are scheduled on your phone, not by a server.
If you sign in
Signing in is optional. Apple or Google gives us your email address (Apple can give a private relay address instead), your name if you share it, and an account ID. We store your streak, reasons, journal, check-ins, relapses, pledges, habits, articles read, your onboarding answers and your time zone so you can restore them. Nobody else can read them: every row is locked to your account.
Purchases
Subscriptions are paid through Apple or Google. We never see your card. RevenueCat tells us whether you have Premium, linked to your account ID, and keeps your purchase history for that.
Community
Posts you write are shown to other signed-in users with your name or "Anonymous", and your streak. Reports and blocks are private. We read reported posts to remove ones that break the rules. Feedback goes only to us.
Porn blocker
If you turn it on, website names your phone looks up are checked on your phone and sent straight to Cloudflare for Families (1.1.1.3), which refuses adult sites. On Android this uses a VPN that only handles these lookups; your browsing itself doesn't go through it. On iPhone it uses Apple's Screen Time filter. We never receive or store what you browse. Turning it off takes 24 hours, by design.
Crash reports and app usage
If the app crashes, Sentry gets a technical report (device model, app version, what went wrong), never what you wrote. PostHog, hosted in the EU, gets anonymous usage events like "opened the paywall" or "finished a breathing exercise", so we can see what helps and test improvements. Never your answers, journal, reasons or posts.
Who else handles it
Supabase stores the data, in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Apple and Google handle sign-in and payments. RevenueCat handles subscription status. Sentry handles crash reports and PostHog usage events. Each only gets what it needs for that job.
What we never do
We don't sell your data, show ads, or use ad trackers, and we don't track you across other apps. The app sets no cookies. We never post anything to your Apple or Google account.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your data at any time. Settings > Delete my account deletes your account and everything linked to it right away. Feedback you sent stays, without your account attached. Deleting the app deletes the data on your phone. For anything else, email us. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Teens and kids
Quit90 is for ages 13 and up. If you're under 13, the app sends you to other help instead, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you're 13 to 17, the Community is switched off for you, so you never talk with adults in the app. If you're under 16 and live in the EU, ask a parent before you sign in, because signing in stores your data on our servers.
