Who can use Quit90
You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and to any purchase. The Community is only for adults. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Not medical advice
Quit90 is a self-help tool. It isn't therapy or medical care. If you're struggling with your mental health, talk to a doctor or a professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Premium and payments
Some features need a Premium subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The app shows which features are free. Prices are shown in the app before you pay, and payment is taken by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store or Google Play settings. If a free trial is offered, you're charged when it ends unless you cancel before.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds follow their rules. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. We can't issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.
Community rules
There's zero tolerance for abuse, harassment, hate, explicit sexual content, links, spam or selling. You can report any post and block any user. We review reports within 24 hours, remove posts that break the rules, and ban accounts that do it.
Your content
You own what you write. You let us show your posts to other users inside the app. You can delete your posts or your whole account at any time.
Apple users
If you got Quit90 from the App Store, Apple's standard license (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) also applies. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Quit90 running and your data safe, but the app is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
Ending
You can stop using Quit90 and delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and tell you in the app. Last updated 29 September 2026.
